Research:
My research interests lie in two main areas:
1. Computational modelling of physiological systems,
2. Computational chemistry (optimization of chemical structures).
I have been actively involved in modelling two different physiological systems,
the generation of thrombin in avascular systems, and biological networks of
neurons. My main chemistry interests are in the optimization of transition
state structures.
