Few things about me ...


I have been at Memorial University of Newfoundland since September 1994. My roots are in Upper Silesia, an industrial area in south Poland, with a sizable German minority population. I finished my high school diploma and Master degree in Germany and I received the Ph.D. degree in US.

My research interests are in the area of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Software as a Service (SaaS), Software Specification and Object Oriented Languages. I am looking for good students interested in PhD and Master degrees.

I am also interested in exploring internationalization strategies for educational institutions. In particular, off-shore program offering, projects with foreign university partners, campus diversification, faculty involvement and curriculum internationalization are some of my favorite topics.
