I provide consulting services in two areas:
International Relations
- I have extensive experience with the Indian and German education systems. From 2003 till 2005 I directed an off-shore program in India for a Canadian university. My responsibilities included overseeing the day to day operations, cooperation with the Indian partners, establishing contacts to the local industry, interaction with Indian government officials and regulatory agencies, liaison with the Canadian consular office, planning and coordination of promotional events for the Institute and faculty recruitment. I also provided advisory services to a number of German universities with respect to entry into the Indian market.
- Design of student recruitment policies for the Indian Subcontinent and Europe
- Identification of strategic partners for international collaborations in India and Europe
- Development of strategies for the entry of foreign education markets
Software Engineering
- One or two day seminars on diverse software engineering processes (weekend seminars are also possible)
- Evaluation and selection of software tools
- Development of successful out-sourcing strategies (focus India)
