Now the Resize menu should appear.
Click on Custom Size and change the measurements to
160x120 . Now select the OK button and this is what should
happen.
You can also highlight things in a picture as well. For example, using
the Oval in the Paint menu, a person can highlight a
particular part of a picture so that particular spot stands out.
Here, a yellow oval was drawn so that the people in the people in the
picture could be seen better by making them more obvious.
